Warranty Coverage
All Rethink AV products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty (or as specified at purchase). This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product free of charge.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty components
  • Malfunction under normal usage

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft

Returns Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Steps to Process a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@rethinkav.com with your order details.
  2. Receive an RMA Number: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued for eligible returns.
  3. Ship the Product: Return the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
